Wilhelm Höpfner

Konteradmiral Wilhelm Höpfner ( – ) was an officer in the Imperial German Navy.

Life & Career

He was appointed in command of the battleship Oldenburg in 1913 and commanded her at the Battle of Jutland, being replaced the following day.

He was promoted to the rank of Konteradmiral in 1918.[1]
